We ship all our gifts from our studio in Brisbane, Queensland.

We deliver Australia wide via Standard , Express , Same Day courier options.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?
All orders are dispatched the following business day from when you placed your order.
Delivery time frames will be dependent on the chosen shipping option upon checkout. Same day delivery is only offered to Queensland addresses and if ordered prior to 11am.
Do you sell products individually?
Yes we do. All our items are available for individual purchase if there is an "add to cart" button. That product is available for individual sale. These products will be packed in a plain kraft box or padded mailer satchel depending on the size. We DO NOT SELL our alcoholic beverages for individual sale. It can only be purchased within a gift set or when you create your own box. The Sienna Nail Polishes are also not for individual sale.
Can I organise to have my gift delivered on a specific date ?
The timeframes given to us by the courier network makes it unreliable to offer a specific date for your gift to be delivered. We wouldn’t want to disappoint you and have your gift sent on the wrong day.
Will my gift be wrapped ?
Yes! All our gift sets and "create your own" gifts are sustainably packaged in one of our signature boxes , wrapped with tissue paper , sealed with a sticker label and finished off with a handwritten complimentary greeting/message card. If you purchased products individually, it will be packaged in a brown satchel or plain Kraft box depending on your order.
Do you deliver to hospitals or PO BOX?
Unfortunately we do not deliver to hospitals or PO Boxes . Apologies for the inconvenience.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
At this stage, we do not offer delivery to multiple addresses via our website - however we are always here to help to offer a solution. Please head over to our corporate gifting page for more info. We consider this a bulk order when sending gifts to multiple addresses. A form will then be emailed to you to fill out and we will prepare a quote for your approval.

I have made an error with the delivery address? What should I do?
We understand that mistakes do happen, however we kindly ask that you double check the delivery address before you place your order. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as the error has been made so it can be fixed. If in the event your gift has been dispatched, you will need to contact the couriers directly to have it redirected . This will incur an additional redelivery fee
How do I track my delivery ?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email . Once it has been dispatched from the studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. Click on this link and it will redirect you to view the deliver status of your order.
My order still hasn’t arrived and is taking longer than expected ?
Unfortunately, once your gift package has been dispatched, we are not responsible for any delays or missing packages. It is up to the couriers to deliver the parcels within the timeframe given to us. For any issues in relation to deliveries please speak to the couriers directly.
My gift is shown as ‘delivered’ however the recipient hasn’t received it ?
When you purchase our gift boxes you have consented to an Authority to Leave. This means if the recipient or if no one is present to sign for the delivery, it will be left in a safe place within the premise at the discretion of the courier without a signature. For gift boxes containing alchohol, a signature and ID is required by persons 18 years and over upon delivery. If there is no one to receive the gift or if no one is 18 years & over, a card will also be left and the delivery will be sent to your local post office or nearest collection point. A signature and ID will still be required to be presented. For any issues, please contact the courier directly . Once your gift has been dispatched , we take no responsibility for missing parcels. It really is out of our hands.
What is your refund policy ?
Please refer to our refund & exchange policy page for full details. We do not offer any refunds or returns once a sale has been finalised. If for some reason your gift has been damaged in transit please email us within 24 hrs upon receiving the package at email@example.com. Please include your order number, details and photos of the damaged goods. Should the items be shown to have been damaged during transit , the damaged items can be returned and we will re-send the product and cover any additional postage and return charge. A refund will be offered if the product is sold out.
What is your Christmas order cut-off dates?
For orders made through our website, 15th of December is our cut-off date for standard post . Express post will be 20th of December. For large corporate orders, this will be earlier - the cut-off is 14th of November. However please get in touch for any urgent requests. We're always here to help

Placing and order
Choose from our pre curated range of gifts or create your own bespoke gift and curate your own selection for your loved ones , colleagues or clients. If choosing to create your own gift , simply select your box design and start adding items into your cart . Your box size will be chosen depending on the quantity and size of your gifts. Upon checkout don’t forget to add a message ! We then handpick and wrap your thoughtful gift . It’s that simple.
Can I write a personal message?
Upon checkout there will be a message section for you to fill out. This message will then be handwritten by us for a personal touch. For large orders, your message will be printed unless specified otherwise.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal & Afterpay
