It is important to us that you are absolutely thrilled about the gift you have purchased. However, we do not offer cancellations of orders if they have already been processed and dispatched. If there is an error with the recipient details , please contact us asap at hello@bespokelaneandco.com.au and we can try rectify the situation before it has been dispatched. If we are notified of the error after dispatch, you will need to contact the courier directly to organise the correct delivery address. This might incur an additional fee from the courier network. We are not responsible for the payment of this fee so please ensure you double (even triple check) all the delivery details before check out. We do not offer cancellations for change of mind purposes regardless if it has not been dispatched. For SALE items and perishable food and drinks / discounted items, we do not offer refunds or credit for change of mind. So please choose carefully or contact us prior to purchase.
Quality of all our products prior to being dispatched are carefully checked. Gifts sent out in perfect condition is what we always aspire to however once it is dispatched, it is out of our hands. We do not offer any refunds or returns once a sale has been finalised. If for some reason your gift has been damaged in transit please email us within 24 hrs upon receiving the package at hello@bespokelaneandco.com.au. Please include your order number, details and photos of the damaged goods. Should the items be shown to have been damaged during transit , the damaged items can be returned can be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will re-send the product and cover any additional postage and return charge. A refund will be offered if the product is sold out.
