DIRECTIONS

  • For Cafe - 80z cup (240mls).
    • Add 2 teaspoons (10g) of The Tea Collective Golden Latte to a milk jug, with a small amount of hot water (just enough to cover the powder) and stir well.
    • Add 200mls of milk or milk alternative and stretch milk as usual.
    • Pour into latte glass and serve with a delicate sprinkle of cinnamon.
  • NOTE: In the absence of a coffee machine, opt for milk heated to 65°C.
     
    Easy Cold Brew
    • Add 2 teaspoons of The Tea Collective Golden Latte to a glass.
    • Add a very small amount of hot water (just enough to cover the powder) and stir well.
    • Add a generous amount of ice cubes, top with cold milk and a delicate sprinkle of cinnamon.
